  1. It is dreadful:

    A4E, Reed in Partnership and TNG have an outstanding business interest which wouldn’t be right for the contract.

    All 3 companies deliver Flexible New Deal (A4e subcontract out directly to Reed in Partnership) in Ipswich… workfare is after Flexible New Deal… and a continuation of Flexible New Deal is applicable after 6 months of workfare.

    They shouldn’t be allowed to bid for it.

  2. Yeah, and you can bet they have named each other as a sub-contractor. And it will be the same in Manchester. It’s one big cartel
